Application requires submission of bilingual distribution maps, audience metrics from the previous 12 months, and letters from at least two Acadian municipal councils. Reviewers examine whether the proposed network reduces dependence on out-of-province French feeds by at least 25 percent.
Implementation begins with equipment procurement for four hub studios located in Edmundston, Bathurst, Dieppe, and Miramichi.
